That is a conjunction in the first house. With so many planets in any sign, she has a very directed life path – meaning she probably will pick something for herself and stick with that area. That person is artistic, feminine and pretty. She is creative and musical with the moon and neptune so tight. Smart and quick. Career driven – and mars up in the 10th is good for a woman.
