I am going to be a "fortune teller" at my children’s elementary school fall carnival Thursday night. I am looking for ideas about what to say (positive) to the children as they come through my booth. "You will do well on your test", "You will take a trip", "You should say please and thank you", "You will clean your room"….are a few I’ve thought of so far. After I "read" their fortune, I am planning to hand them a fortune cookie as a prize…any other suggestions? Thank you!

If you read my fortune as "You will clean your room" and handed me a cookie, I’d throw that cookie right back in your face.

How about asking them if they have siblings and they say yes then say you see that you will be nice to them and no fighting lol….. or What about you will help your teacher with passing out papers then let the teacher know what student you said that too. And By the way this is a neat idea you have.

you will be a famous movie star in a cool movie or as long as your good things that will make a better person will come your way or good things happen to good people

you’ll do something good this week/today…..you will get a fortune cookie today and will thank the person that gives it to you(lol), you will thank someone today, fortune will smile upon your report card….idk

This sounds neat. My daughters school dosen’t celebrate Halloween, so we don’t get to do anything fun for it. They can’t even dress up or have a small party. How about these:
You will make a new friend.
You will earn some money soon.
You will discover math is not so hard.
You’ll find something you lost.
You’ll make someone smile today.
They’re kinda hard to think of. Good luck and have fun!

I agree that this is a great idea!!!
I am planning our school carnival/"Taste of" local restaurants & I need lots of ideas for uncomplicated, cheap, & fun carnival type things for everyone to enjoy. Any ideas???

1. You will try a new food and actually like it!
2. You will accomplish something great in school!
3. You will soon be in someone’s thoughts.
4. A rainy day will make you happy:-)
5. You will make someone laugh!
6. You love school more today & less than tomorrow!
7. Someone will give you something.
